Setpoint Systems Corporation is pleased to announce Michael Harris, IT Helpdesk, to our Colorado corporate headquarters.
Michael has a very diverse background in the technology industry. He has played a role in phone support/help desk for a large internet provider. He then moved to t-mobile as a customer support technician. His educational background is in environmental safety and health, with a focus on environmental sampling, OSHA, and Fema Training.
As IT Helpdesk Michael will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Outside of the office Michael is a self-proclaimed movie buff, and enjoys being outdoors; anything from camping, and fishing, to hiking and prospecting.
