Lots of things are happening here at Setpoint Systems Corporation and we wanted to make a point to post about our growing service team! Setpoint System’s service department calls on our customers that have existing Delta systems and can provide an array of services such as upgrades to your system, consultations on changes or modifications to optimize your building operation, part sales, Technical Service Agreements, and many more.
Our service team has a combined 50+ years of HVAC experience in account management and technical service. We are managed by our Service Manager, Vince Guerrie and we now have 3 Service Account Managers serving the Colorado area: Casey Wright (myself), Mike Brueggeman and our newest addition, Kevin Langston. We currently have a team of full time technicians and 1 additional in training.
The Service Team will begin to start regularly posting to our blog to connect with you about our expansion efforts here at Setpoint Systems Corporation, what TSAs are and how to utilize them to meet your buildings needs, new products, upgrades and more!

Kevin comes from an extensive background in the telecommunications industry, and healthcare software sales. Kevin has a BS in Marketing from Metropolitan State University, in Denver Colorado. While Kevin is fairly new to the industry his conviction to customer relationships, and sustainable partnerships will play a key role in his success as an account manager.
As an Account Manager, Kevin will be responsible for customer development, cost estimating, contract negotiation, energy analysis, and customer education.
Outside of the office Kevin is an active and competitive bodybuilder. Kevin also enjoys quality family time, and watching movies… Lots of them!

Tedd brings 20+ years of HVAC industry experience from installation, service and maintenance to sales, business relations and customer service. Tedd is also an experienced instructor of HVAC and has taught at ATI in Las Vegas and Red Rocks Community College.
As an Account Manager, Tedd will be responsible for customer development, cost estimating, contract negotiation, energy analysis, and customer education.
Outside of the office Tedd enjoys being outdoors and has a strong affection for fitness and health. Tedd is a passionate certified personal trainer and is in the process of receiving his certification in sports nutrition.

While Randy Rinker is new to Setpoint Systems Corporation, he is no stranger to the industry. With extensive knowledge of HVAC systems through 16 years of consulting engineering and HVAC equipment sales experience, Randy is a valuable asset to the future growth and development of Setpoint Systems Corporation.
As an Account Manager, Randy will be responsible for customer development, cost estimating, contract negotiation, energy analysis, and customer education.
Randy is a graduate of the University of Wyoming, with a BS in Architectural Engineering. Randy is also an active ASHRAE member and a certified LEED Accredited Professional.

For the past 8 years, David has worked as a Sales and Account Manager within the healthcare space. He brings with him years of experience in building and maintaining successful business and partner relations. Prior to his career in the healthcare industry, David served his country as a Naval Flight Officer (NFO) and is a graduate of the Unites States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD.
As an Account Manager, David will be responsible for developing new customer, project cost estimating, contract negotiation, energy usage analysis, and customer education.
Outside of work, David enjoys working out, spending time with friends/family, and playing games online. He also enjoys learning about finance and following the stock markets. Welcome, David!
