Setpoint Systems Corporation is pleased to announce our new Service Dispatcher and Customer Service Lead Kristel Puryaer at our, Colorado corporate headquarters.
Kristel has been with Setpoint Systems Corporation for just over 1 year as our Front Desk Receptionist and Accounts Receivable. Kristel has contributed so much to our team in the role of Front Desk Receptionist and Accounts Receivable however, it was soon realized Kristel had much more to offer the team.
Kristel has over 20+ years in the industry from Architectural Firms, Insurance Contractors, Solar, and General Construction. She has played key roles as Contract Administrator, Office and Safety Manager, and project sectary.
Kristel is a native of Colorado, and is happily married with 6 amazing children, and one grandchild; with another on the way.
While Kristel impresses us professionally outside of work she considers herself as a jack of all trades, “and we believe it!” She enjoys Quilting, Knitting, and laughing as much as possible with her husband and children.
Setpoint Systems Corporation is pleased to announce Tedd Leighty, account manager, to our Colorado corporate headquarters.
Tedd brings 20+ years of HVAC industry experience from installation, service and maintenance to sales, business relations and customer service. Tedd is also an experienced instructor of HVAC and has taught at ATI in Las Vegas and Red Rocks Community College.
As an Account Manager, Tedd will be responsible for customer development, cost estimating, contract negotiation, energy analysis, and customer education.
Outside of the office Tedd enjoys being outdoors and has a strong affection for fitness and health. Tedd is a passionate certified personal trainer and is in the process of receiving his certification in sports nutrition.
As you may know, Setpoint Systems has been offering free training for the life of your Delta Controls system for over 20 years and we’ve trained nearly 6,000 customers in that time.
